Hurricane IDA has wiped out one of our main data centers and we are working expeditiously to restore the lost servers at another one of our data centers.
None of our end-user/client services were affected, all VOIP services remained operational without any downtime. The only services affected were internal servers (corporate website, ticketing system, forms repositories, etc.).
We expect to be fully back online by September 16th, 2021.

A new website with enhanced functionality will integrate most of the functions that previously required multiple logins.
New service turn-ups will resume on September 17th, 2021.
